East Rand Strongest Competition

Mod Mayhem sponsored the "East Rand Strongest" is a regional strongman/strongwoman competition. It's a competition that happens in the Ekurhuleni (East Rand) area of South Africa, showcasing local athletes in events like deadlifts and log lifts for titles across various weight classes, with recent 2025 winners including Tyrone Seaton-Smith (Men's Pro/Am) and Chido Maenzanise (Women's Pro/Am), highlighting local power and determination in the strongman community.
