How to Use and Get the Right Dose?

It is recommended to take CBD oil first thing in the morning. Drop the oil under your tongue and hold for 60-90 seconds before swallowing. Take this dose two times per day.

This product contains cannabidiol, which is approximately 600mg/1000mg/3000mg. It also contains CBC, CBG, & CBDa plus many other cannabinoids and terpenes.

The difference is that you would need fewer drops to get the same effect from a stronger (3000mg) oil than you would need when using eg. 600mg oil
